Kodiak Oil and Gas Corp., its management and employees
are acutely aware of the sometimes sensitive ecological nature of the Rocky Mountain
region, its chief area of operations. On an on-going basis, it participates in
Environmental Assessment submissions to the Bureau of Land Management. In fact,
all the Company’s projects undergo rigorous screening, not only to mitigate
environmental impact, but also to ensure that valuable Native archeological artifacts
remain undisturbed.
